I Agree, and these are the basics. Delegation Mastery means building a psychologically safe team that's willing to be uncomfortable with each other in the service of teamwork. And the only way you can create that type of work culture is by letting go and allowing the team to do their part. It all starts with delegation.
I am afraid my team will notice me “changing leadership style”
I completely understand your concern, I have been there too. My question is to you, do you think they will accept, the “new you” that makes them feel seen, trusted, and part of a team? Or do you think they want the old boss back?
My team is remote/hybrid will this still work?
Actually, it works even better with remote teams, sure you'll have less time face-to-face, so finding your team's inner drive will be different (it's covered in the course).
